Bob Marshall is too extreme for colorado
In just two years, Bob Marshall has pushed some of the most radical, far-left legislation in Colorado’s history. As the representative for House District 43 in Highlands Ranch, he has proven time and time again that his agenda is dangerously out of touch with the values and priorities of his constituents.
Instead of focusing on protecting families, lowering taxes, and keeping our communities safe, Bob Marshall has supported policies that undermine law enforcement, increase government overreach, and drive up the cost of living. Now more than ever, we need to stand up and vote to restore balance and common sense to Colorado.
Voted to Put Drug Injection Sites In Highlands Ranch
Bob Marshall voted in favor of a bill that would have brought dangerous legal drug injection sites to Highlands Ranch — sites similar to those found in places like San Francisco that have had harmful effects on their communities. These sites not only attract crime and create safety concerns for local neighborhoods but also risk normalizing drug use, especially among impressionable youth.
It’s clear that Bob Marshall’s priorities do not align with the values of Highlands Ranch, where public safety and protecting our families should come first.

Voted to cut your TABOR refunds by 85%
In 2022, Coloradans received “Colorado Cashback” TABOR refund checks, and in 2023 and 2024, when hardworking taxpayers needed it the most due to skyrocketing inflation, they received $800 in TABOR refunds at tax time. Unfortunately, thanks to Bob Marshall and his misguided priorities, that won’t happen again.
Bob Marshall supported legislation that slashes these refunds by more than 85%, diverting the money away from taxpayers and into government spending on his pet projects. This is exactly the kind of out-of-touch, tax-and-spend agenda that we can’t afford. We need leaders who will fight to protect our wallets, not drain them for unnecessary government projects.

voted against government Transparency
Bob Marshall cast a shocking vote to give government officials the power to deny citizens access to public records that are currently available through the Colorado Open Records Act. This dangerous move would have forced ordinary citizens to jump through costly legal hoops just to access information that rightfully belongs to them—even if the records pertain to their own personal data!
But that’s not all. In a blatant act of hypocrisy, Bob Marshall supported exempting elitist media outlets from this draconian policy, giving them special privileges.
This outrageous power grab is a direct attack on transparency and the rights of the people.

Sponsored Legislation To Restrict First Amendment Rights of Law Enforcement
Bob Marshall sponsored a bill that would have been an outrageous attack on the First Amendment rights of sheriffs across Colorado by stripping them of their constitutional right to engage in political activities, while hypocritically allowing other law enforcement officials, such as the attorney general and district attorneys, to continue exercising those same rights.
By singling out sheriffs, Bob Marshall pushed a dangerous and discriminatory assault on free speech, blatantly favoring certain public officials over others. Additionally, the bill’s vague and poorly drafted language could have had disastrous consequences, potentially preventing sheriffs from testifying on legislative matters — basic functions of their job.
